What dryer hookup do I need?
The application lets you choose a 3-prong, 4-prong, or 'not sure' dryer hookup. We confirm the hookup type when your equipment is delivered.
Can I rent only a washer or only a dryer?
Yes. A single washer or dryer is $40 per month. A washer and dryer set is $60 per month.
How quickly can I get a delivery?
After you submit your application, we review it and reach out within 1–2 business days to coordinate delivery scheduling.
How do monthly payments work?
Your monthly billing date is based on your delivery date. Payments are handled through the designated payment system shown in your rental account.
How do I cancel my rental?
Rentals are month-to-month. Existing customers can request cancellation and equipment pickup through the customer portal. Rent already paid for the current month is not refunded.
